As part of our work at Verrah, we embedded ourselves in the client team for ethnographic research and immediately began a UX audit of their existing procedures and new customer experiences. We also worked with all team members to identify areas of opportunity and to ensure that we heard from every part of the client ecosystem.

THE RESULT
We created a digital (and analogue) implementation playbook as a result of our research and worked a scaling metric to schools that were adopting and the patterns among them. This resulted in the ideation and creation of "District Profile Mapping". A virtual test that assessed a school's specific adoption process based on metrics including (but not limited to) district-wide budget, per student spend, parent engagement, number of digital systems, and digital fluency.
SYNTHESIS + CONVERGENCE
We started to see common themes emerging and were able to check-in with the team and begin an initial phase of reporting. Part of this reporting was an implementation timeline that was a visual step-by-step representation of the perfect adoption of their most popular offering.
