RESEARCH + DISCOVERY

JazzHR specializes in the very small to small business market. One thing we discovered through discovery research is that our users who post jobs for candidates seeking blue collar work, retail work and part time jobs need a fast way to apply and on their phones. Enter text to apply.

THE RESULT

As part of JazzHR's effort to modernize its app, we designed a wizard to help guide our users through creating their first "textflow". Each step, helps the user fill out pertinent information while reinforcing an evolving and more modernized brand.
