Bridget digs deep to truly understand the customer and gathers insights into what they do day in and day out. She did a fantastic job of defining personas that has really helped unify our conversations about what features apply to what customer type. In engineering it helps us really understand why we're building a feature a certain way and personally has helped me in executive conversations understand the boundaries in which we plan.
Personally, Bridget is great to work with. She is direct in her communication and isn't afraid to say what reality is, even if it goes against conventional wisdom. A refreshing trait that is critical in a UX role.
